Description Accounting

Access to the application's functionality is implemented through the main menu of the working area. For the convenience of Members of the main menu are located in the operating scope of the company (by section).

This section describes how the accounting system recorded Oblik SaaS business processes. Documents registration operations are grouped under the relevant sections:

Accounting - contains documents initialization accounting, reorganization balance, basic handbooks, trial balance and sets of reports (accounting, corporate, regulated).

Bank - documents recording the movement of non-cash funds to the account of the company and the relevant manuals and records.

Cash - documents recording the movement of cash at the box office of the company and the relevant manuals and records.

Frames - documents accounting personnel (appointment, transfer, dismissal) and the appropriate directories.

Salary - documents of leave, sickness and travel, time tracking, indexing, and advances to the calculation of wages, deductions or extra charges, corresponding manuals and records.

Trade - documents of the interaction with partners in the implementation of the sale or the purchase of inventory or services, excluding VAT, reference Nomenclature and Accounts, implementation reports, pricing Statement debtors-creditors.

Warehouse - documents recording the movement of goods and materials on-site storage (Warehouses and materially responsible person), registration of the change of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the goods and materials, storage statements.

production - accounting documents and indirect costs of production, reflection and formation of production cost of manufacture of each product based on material consumption, direct, overhead and indirect costs.

Assets - documents of accounting of fixed assets, other non-tangible and intangible assets as well as depreciation, inventory, relevant reports.
